Equal parts mint-infused whiskey and gin, drop of thyme liqueur, three drops dry sack, juice of quarter lemon with its peel.
Shake with ice. Pour into martini glass, top with prosecco.
Then sip the wonderful cocktail and refuse to turn the t.v. on.
