well I just tried to play #cod #blackout since I got a month of ps+ to be able to transfer my save data to the refurb #ps5 and I got that crach with the error CE-34878-0 again. I firmly believe this is related to my #ps4 overheating.
I didn't encounter a player but I think my affinity for blackout is nostalgia because #codmobile has a bunch of quality of life improvements on blackout. was cool to get a game quickly, though.
another note on the refurb #ps5 is that I got a dual sense edge controller with it. I dig the case and back button options but I'm kinda miffed that they use potentiometer sticks and membrane buttons. at least the sticks can be replaced. maybe a third party makes hall effect ones, I dunno.
I'll set up the new (to me) ps5 this weekend probably.
also one downside to most of my #playstation games (and movies I have) being physical is that when there's a cat in my lap like right now, I can't pick a different disc.
@hobbs I think the cat problem is why disc changers were invented.
