@kleisli Hmm... That's what people keep saying, while at the same time usage is growing stronger and stronger and traditional software companies, for example, continue to lose value on the stock market.

but yes, usage is growing, but how many people are willing to pay for it and how much? and what moat does OpenAI have? they have one of the most powerful models at the moment, but competition is catching up, including free to use models, that are good enough for the vast majority of use cases.
as a reference: also usage of the internet kept growing despite the dot-com bubble.
