@ai6yr This was always gonna be the case. Tesla thrived not because they made reliable cars but rather they could juice the profit numbers. 2.7 BILLION was the figure in 2025.
As others do the same or the orange imbeciles EPA guts these rebates those rebates, that stock will drop like a stone.

There was a great animated video comparing CO2 credits to buying "cheat on your wife" credits, but it appears someone managed to get the Internet to take down the ad completely (not on YouTube, not on Facebook, not anywhere). Unsure if they were DMCA'd to death or sued, but it no longer exists anywhere.
