In the ongoing bizarreness that is #aws I closed my account, because why not. They then charge me for WAF, which I don't remember setting up. Or even know what that is.
I try to log into my account and get a blank warning box, I assume because I tried to close it.
So in the email I click the billing link and hey! I can get it, not so closed then?
I'm being charged daily for WAF, so I click on WAF to see what it is - get a "you closed your account" message. Thanks Amazon.
I'm now in a very strange limbo where my closed account is being charged daily for a service I have no idea about, I can't cancel, and can't access.
Time to face the ah, support, situation.
