@theeclecticdyslexic@mstdn.social 100% what I was thinking. And big pharm pushing tons of ads showing all these happy people everywhere and a side effect is "spontaneous anal bleeding that could lead to deaht" or some shit like that. So fucking vominous.

@ozoned I am at least heartened that somehow, despite being steeped in it, gen Z seems to largely be aware of how toxic all this is. I mean, in equal measure they seem hopelessly dependent on it, but they see how poisonous these companies are.
