For Instagram, my art is "Likely made with AI". Hard to be an artist in 2026...
@davidrevoy Liste, we just assume nobody making the effort of creating anything on their own anymore. So you may as well use AI.
Sincerely, Meta
@davidrevoy épouvantable.
Le pb est Instagram et leur usage de l'AI.
quand on lit vos livres (et qu'on participe à leurs traductions 😉 ), on sait bien que c'est le travail d'un artiste (et on l'en remercie).
🙏
@davidrevoy the absurdity AI has caused, that everything real now has to be proved to be real.
@davidrevoy In my personal opinion, you could actually sue Meta for damages here, for harm to your job or reputation, or stop using these social networks.
@davidrevoy
would be funny if they tell you your 5+ years old content is AI too 🤭
@davidrevoy sounds like a confession:
AI was trained to copy whose art?
@davidrevoy même les IA n'arrivent plus à faire la différence, donc c'est forcément fait par IA, CQFD 🫤
La fabrique du doute jusqu'au bout.
I put some of my works, even actual scanned pencil drawings that were never touched by a painting software, through some AI detectors just to see what would happen and my traditional pieces were often rated as being likely AI.
@davidrevoy instagram disparaging creators. Who'd have thunk
@davidrevoy That's because AI was trained on your many great CC-licensed webcomics! Instagram doesn't know you're the source. 😉
Is AI detection the biggest scam in the AI bubble?
@gbargoud @davidrevoy <always has been.jpg/> 😆
Wow, so many scams to choose from. It's hard to pick the biggest scam. Wouldn't want to diminish the effort of all the scams that are trying their best, and could one day blossom into the premier scam.
