Not sure why this would get so much traction.
As far as I can figure, there is no source for this quote, and I don't feel it is either representative of Kropotkin or particularly insightful.
@nogodsnomasters this quote is actually incorrectly attributed to Peter Kropotkin. Nowhere is it found that he actually said that.
A lot of historians and even his own biographers agree that they never found that quote in any of his writings.
It’s just another social media image/meme with misinformation, designed to effectively fool these new generations that don’t question anything anymore . This is how this crap shapes and molds social values.

It appears that jungles are a lot more co-operative than we thought, and civilisation is much more competitive than it should be.

@Rwthless @nogodsnomasters Just look at tribal communities in the jungles of Papua-New Guinea. They're highly cooperative, they share everything, they have been living like they do since their ancestors first came there tens of thousands of years ago.
