@liquor_american @mcc There are many years of people linking to Kiwi Farms harassment content targeting us on this platform including people who are part of the GNOME project and other open source projects. It's easy to find them linking to Louis Rossmann's harassment content targeting us. Rossmann is a long term Kiwi Farms user heavily engaged with their content and that video is blatant harassment filled with fabrications and Kiwi Farms tropes. People are actively spreading that right now.

Are you saying the current criticism from users on Mastodon is directly linked to that one occasion?
You're describing the current criticism as though it's part of an ongoing harassment campaign, so surely you've got something more?

@mcc Why is it that the project being heavily targeted with abuse and harassment from Kiwi Farms and similar groups is the one heavily singled out to be targeted over and over again on this platform?
Why are such different standards applied to us and people who claim to be opposed to groups like Kiwi Farms have no problem directly spreading their abusive claims and even linking to content they've published?
We haven't given in to endless abuse for years and certainly aren't going to do so now.
