What mechanism can we use to stop the obscene abuses of power they are committing in front of our faces every day? What laws apply to them?
If all this can fucking happen in broad daylight, & we can't do shit about it, & if we are silenced & intimidated when we *try*, what fucking "rule of law" do you think we fucking have?
The "rule of law" is so that they can kill you or throw you in prison. It doesn't apply to them.
I don't think we are ready for how much harder it is soon going to become to share real information about what the regime is doing.
I don't think we are ready to admit how much is being suppressed already.
I mean, look, I get to say SOME of the shit I want to say here on Fedi, but I would have been kicked off of corporate social media by now, even though I am watching what I say very carefully.
You will not be openly told about the increasing repression. You will hear less & less.
Getting information out, especially getting information to "normies," is going to become harder as the authoritarian crackdown continues.
A lot of people are going to be living in a world of ignorance & denial, accepting the propaganda they receive & ignoring anything that doesn't come to them from a "trusted" corporate source. Don't let that be you.
You have a responsibility to learn the truth & share it...even though that's going to keep getting harder & riskier.
I think a lot of people are waiting until they hear about MORE oppression & authoritarian violence before they will accept where we're really at.
The problem is that it's getting quieter. It will keep getting quieter. The more control the fascists have & the greater their abuses become, the less we will fucking hear about them.

Y'all, it's going to get quieter.
You're going to hear less & less about the abuses of power & abductions & killings as they happen more & more.
The oligarchs own all the primary platforms for communication. The speech repression is going to ramp up. The selective "editing" of the news is going to get worse.
And people are going to be intimidated into going quiet as the consequences for speaking up get heavier.
