I do not typically CW non-graphic videos that would air unedited on broadcast television.
This video is sadly safe for most broadcast TV therefore it is not CWd.
@nullagent the fediverse is global. Others may filter messages with CWs. Especially when news are breaking you help them to practice self-care.
I apologize, you're totally correct, this is right on the edge of what I typically CW and I have now added CW.
I screwed up and for some reason incorrectly thought I'd uploaded a shorter version of the video. And when I looked at the post again today I realized it was the full video and so I have added the CW.

I've mirrored the witness video below.
It shows ICE murdering a civilian for attempting to drive away from a road block setup with unmarked cars.
They did not drive into or run over officers.
The Mayor of Minneapolis and police chief are giving briefing.
The police chief as usual made excuses for why cops need to sometimes shoot unarmed people (fuck up lol).
Both are complaining about ICE's reaction to the shooting and evidently MPD had to force ICE agents to leave the scene bc they were trying to start physical conflict with bystanders.
The Mayor demands ICE leave the city immediately, not just the crime scene.
