You can bike to get there, too. His way is pretty good but he does a couple of things he doesn't need to, and he could stay on bike lanes more if he didn't. (But his cuts do make it a little shorter.)

Also, the 1 Line gets you almost all the way there.

During the huge lowland snow of 1996 I saw people skiing on 25th Ave NE near University Village and so made SKI RAVENNA PARK stickers. This is like that, but mountain biking, and full time. :D

Folks with a single 1-off really good year of income shouldn't be taxed but those regularly pulling in a high income (eg billionaires, ceos, head coaches) should.
