A Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) announcing this warning was sent at 11:00 am. on Monday, December 22, 2025. Due to cellular tower overlap, Ventura County residents near the Los Angeles County border, particularly in the unincorporated area of Oak Park, may have received this alert.  There are no evacuation notifications for Ventura County residents related to the Kenneth Fire.
