These billionaires and other capitalists are spreading propaganda about Mamdani.
And they apparently have no idea what communism or socialism even are. Or they do, but intentionally lie to you.
So, let's first get our definitions right:
Communism is the idea of a classless, stateless, moneyless society. It's supposed to be the next logical step after socialism.
Socialism is the idea that the means of production should not be owned by some rich person who then underpays workers to slave away for him, but instead that the means of production should be collectively owned by those who actually do the work. And those workers represent themselves in the form of a state. A society where there is no income inequality and thus no more different classes hasn't yet been achieved.
Therefore, first of all, nobody is going to take away YOUR property. Unless you personally own a factory or something of that sort. No socialist is interested in seizing your house, or your TV, or your car, or whatever, because your personal belongings aren't means of production. They don't produce anything. They don't allow you to receive money without doing any work for it. They aren't means of production in private hands. So that is the first lie.

After socialists took away from individual billionaires the factories, machines, datacenters, and other stuff used to produce or compute something … and gave them to those who actually do all the work and should thus also be those who reap the profits … then communism says we don't even need a state anymore after that achievement.

These billionaires don't even know what they're talking about. They only want to scare you, with lies and propaganda. In order to hold onto capitalism that serves the billionaires so well.

Lo ha deciso dopo l’uccisione a sangue freddo della donna a Minneapolis e una quantità fuori scala di abusi, soprusi, violenze e rastrellamenti anticostituzionali della “polizia trumpiana” contro i migranti.
Tradotto? La polizia di New York non aiuterà l’ICE, non condividerà dati e risorse, non contribuirà in nessun modo a quelle che sono ormai vere persecuzioni razziali.
Revocati tutti gli ordini di collaborazione del precedente sindaco anche nel carcere di Rikers Island.
“Quando gli agenti dell’ICE attaccano gli immigrati, stanno attaccando ognuno di noi, in tutto il Paese.
Questa è una città che è e sarà sempre una città che difende gli immigrati, in tutti e cinque i distretti.
