The forecast said sleet. But I've just had a walk through lovely fluffy falling snow - through the Botanics and Inverleith Park. Utterly beautiful. And, wearing thermals and a thick anorak, very cosy!

I was surprised to see curlews feeding on what must be frozen ground opposite Fettes!

(I did try taking pictures of falling snow, but they were rubbish.)

Now I'm off to the pub!

This piece immeaditely made me think of the infamous "Sharknado" films (pure trash, but in the so bad they are almost good category of trash). I suspect that wasn't the designer's intention, but it is where my brain went to! And then I had to explain to one friend what Sharknado actually was...
