In a victory for Christian parents, SCOTUS blocked a series of #California laws that limit the sharing of a #transgender public school student's gender identity info without the child's permission.
"The justices in a 6-3 decision granted an *emergency request* by the challengers to reinstate a judge's ruling that privacy and anti-discrimination measures at issue undermined their religious & parental rights" under the 1st and 14th Amendments.
