Our Curriculum Guide for The Cup features a hands-on visual arts lesson that introduces students to Mandala Art as a contemplative practice. It promotes calm, focus and reflection.

You can do this lesson yourself with as little as a pen and paper, or you can make it a full classroom art activity.

This lesson is designed for grades 4-12 and can be used by individuals, too. 4/9
