24kg lost since starting #mounjaro.
I’m very happy with these results, especially the muscle rate and skeletal muscle increases.
I kept doing my usual two exercise classes a week (one spin, one resistance) which I think is very important if you’re using medications for #weightloss.
This is just on my home scales so I’m sure it’s really not very accurate but it’s still very encouraging.
My target weight was 80Kg but I’m beginning to think that’s too low for me, so I’ve revised it to 85kg which isn’t too far now 😊
