I treated myself to a solo DnD advent calendar which is where you do a bit of an adventure every day.
So I have made my character ready for it; meet Mary Rudolph Snow Claus.
She's a Spherian with the Pegasus constellation on her. She's an Arcane Chef Artificer with the Astronomer background.
I'll probably be sharing her adventures (geddit - advent ures!) as I play it and I am very excited!
Mary has been married to Santa for hundreds of years, together bringing toys to children all over the world once a year. In recent years, Mary has been struggling with forgetting things she wouldn’t usually, the elves have been more than happy to remind her and can often be found wandering around with notes to Mary from Mary to help her remember things.

As the final countdown to Christmas begins, Santa wakes up on December 1st to find Mary’s side of the bed empty and cold. Expecting to find her in the kitchen making porridge for them both and all the elves, he heads downstairs - no Mary. Beginning to panic he searches their cottage finding no sign of her. He heads to the workshop and alerts the elves who head out and search all around the local area, returning cold, tired and still without Mary.

With the final preparations in progress, how will Santa cope without Mary? Will her invaluable support to team toy cause a breakdown in the Christmas prep? And most importantly - where is Mary and will she be ok?

Day 1 of #LexisAdventure 🤶🏻
It’s cold. Very cold.
As Mary slowly opens her eyes, she finds herself in the middle of the forest, barely clothed. She's seated on a small, raised platform. Rough, cold stone presses against her back and her hands are tied behind her back. Strewn across the area lie discarded armour, weapons – further away, snow-covered trees and a couple of vultures.
Fearfully, she turns around.
A pillar of dark stone, reaching to the skies, carved with elaborate shapes and runes. She is at the Altar of the Winter Spirits – where a local village, Geltorf, leaves a sacrifice every year. A plea for a mild winter, a prayer for the food to last, a dream of spring.
She is this year’s sacrifice.
This is a bonfire demo instance for testing purposes
