Pharmacy Staff: No [COUGH], we've run out.
Me: Ok, do you know if any of the nearby locations have any?
Pharmacy Staff: [COUGH] they are hard to find right now [COUGH], but [location in my general area] still had some yesterday morning [COUGH, COUGH]
