I stopped sending direct donations and changed them for monthly donations to organisations after international aid started seeping through, as I want whatever I give to have the biggest possible impact for everyone. Your message just made me top up a little extra to Doctors Without Borders. Hopefully it will help you in some way, albeit less directly, and this hell will come to an end.
