#RCV creeped in in a few places, #democrat and #republican

Then in 2024 the #GOP took a hard line against it:

So the only way forward now to RCV is through the #democrats. And yes many centrist spineless democrats are against it. But they are fossils and fading, not omnipotent power

So we must push RCV through the democrats now
