Puppy Killer Kristi is now saying the ICE goon shooter was "traumatized" by an earlier incident, in which a car supposedly dragged him 50 yards, almost certainly a gross exaggeration, as if that explained or justified his decision to shoot a driver to death.
Noem actually makes it worse. Not only is the shooter still culpable, her agency is culpable in both hiring the shooter and failing to monitor his mental health for the suitability of his assignments.

It looks like the Minneapolis crime dashboard is listing 2 homicides in the city so far this year, and both are listed as 'justifiable homicide'
