@Nonilex while I watched that presentation by Vance, I was reminded of a blowfish that is puffy on the outside and hot air on the inside. Maybe because he was yelling. Like when an English only speaker talks louder thinking a non-english speaker will then understand them better. I also thought maybe he would finish with using the word 'capisce' in a threatening manner.

But then the ICE pickup following it decided to stop in the middle of the road, and disgorge its bullies instead of also just driving around her, as she motioned them to do. Clearly a case of self-escalating anger on the part of ICE for imagined slights to their authority.
