Mood Classroom is one of our newest resources. (It's so new we haven't even officially launched it yet.)
It's a collection of 20-minute lessons that teach simple emotion regulation skills to help kids better understand and manage their emotions.
It's designed specifically for students in grades 3 to 8 (/ages 8 to 13), but adults can use it, too!
If you could use some help with stress management and emotional regulation, the little exercises in these lessons are a great place to start.
