@stefan it is so interesting to see that I have ~3 connections per server and not single server goes above 16% of all the connections.
If nothing goes fundamentaly bad with the federation I shouldn't loose much at the same time.

This also nicely shows you how resilient the fediverse can be. In my case, if mastodon.social, the largest fediverse server, goes down, I can still interact with 80% of the people I follow and who follow me.

I remember the days when mastodon didn't have an edit button, and all of my broken threads because of the "delete and re-draft" button
