It saddens us that we will no longer be able to send #books to people incarcerated in #Arkansas, due to a new policy prohibiting all outside books in the state's #prisons.

Some people refer to policies of this type as "content-neutral censorship". Unlike most #censorship, the ban doesn't apply to specific topics. Instead, ALL paper books are effectively banned.
