We are opening an investigation into Grok because we believe that X may have breached the DSA.

We have seen over the last weeks and months antisemitic content, non-consensual deepfakes of women, and child sexual abuse material.

In Europe, no company will make money by violating our fundamental rights.

You believe? As always, what citizens have been telling to your faces for a few weeks, takes you ages to take notice.

A fine doesn't solve the problem. The same way fining meta didnt solve exacrly the same problem. Violation of the GDPR and DSA.

When you're going to stop of beign afraid of the USA and BAN both companies fron the EU.

Grow some neurons.

@EUCommission Making companies that breach the DSA pay a little fee, won't work. Companies that continuously and deliberately breach the DSA and don't cooperate with the European authorities must be banned for 1 year minimum and 2 years for the 2nd time. Companies that continue to violate European law should be banned permanently. Just an idea, but you gotta do something. And how about not using X? That would be a really great start!

@EUCommission This really does look like a deliberate “we’ll find the edge by hitting it” strategy. It’s very old-school Silicon Valley, almost nostalgic in a bad way. Move fast, ship first, apologize later, let regulators chase you. That approach worked in a world where the worst thing you broke was a photo sharing app or a social graph.

If you @EUCommission are concerned about #childabuse why don't you start an investigation into #JeffreyEpstein?

Is the content in question #antisemitic based on the #zionism and #genocidefriendly #IHRA definition, or according to the much more accurate and #antiracist #jerusalemdeclaration?
https://jerusalemdeclaration.org/

No response isn't social and nothing less than ignorance on purpose, isn't it? At least for a democratic institution, right? Unfortunately, dodging questions doesn't make them fade away, but feeds the #mandelaeffect massively. Imho #Transparency can only improve your situation, and maybe even your #diday campaign.

no company will make money by violating our fundamental rights.

Shouldn't anyone who tries then be suspended until the end of the investigation? Or is not damaging their revenue more important than not harming citizen rights?

@EUCommission Then stop taking money from the lobby groups, stop deregulation, start holding them accountable. 155 Million Euros in lobby money in 2025 divided between 733 lobby groups, the biggest spenders are the usual suspects.

All our data go to US tech corporations for whatever purposes while we in turn get the right-wing propaganda by the big players who are all firmly behind Trump whose goal it is to destroy NATO and the EU. What could go wrong, right?

https://corporateeurope.org/en/2025/10/big-tech-lobby-budgets-hit-record-levels

Corporate Europe Observatory

Big Tech lobby budgets hit record levels | Corporate Europe Observatory

New figures show that the digital industry as a whole is now spending €151 million a year on lobbying the EU, a major increase to what was already considerable firepower.

@EUCommission Stop posting on them then. Stop using them then. You and everyone else in European institutions. Social media companies are making money through the ads that are being displayed next to the content posted by regular users. No posts from regular users means less ads displayed, which in turn means less money for them.
