A #webcomic maker friend on discord told me that I can find people who can help me on my struggling building my webcomic membership + newsletter + payment method system on wordpress!
Anyone? Any tips are welcomed, including how to reach people here!

Hello and welcome! I use Wordpress myself, although admittedly updating it has been on the back burner recently.
@JenJen has definitely gone through the whole rigamarole of organising a Patreon replacement with Wordpress, and iirc she's using Paid Memberships Pro with WooCommerce.
I can't remember what newsletter plugin she uses now, so if she's not stuck in deadline hell she might be able to help. There may even be a video about it.

Cuz U.S. based and/or sexworker-denying payment services are a no-go for me.

Not to my knowledge. You'd probably have to ask the PMP devs or Monero devs.

Liberapay still uses PayPal and Stripe as the payment processors. PayPal seems a bit more tolerant of it (from experience) but Stripe is pretty much a no-go.
