🕶️ A view of its user interface (taken from the author's website) during gameplay and from a top-down perspective, in which the player (center right), equipped with a weapon and a torch, is in a dark room and fires at a dozen monsters heading towards him. 📚️ Empty Clip is a libre, multiplatform top-down shooter and action RPG inspired by Crimsonland, Diablo, Alien Swarm, and Grand Theft Auto II. It features a campaign mode (10 levels), an adventure mode, and a survival mode. Equipped with one of 15 available weapons (melee weapons, pistols, rifles, rocket launchers, crossbows, miniguns, ...), the player faces thousands of monsters (zombies, spiders, bats, skeletons, demons, aliens, etc.) and collects rare items and discovers secrets in different environments (dungeons, forests, caves, cities, deserts, hells, and alien worlds).
