@3am @Yehuda unless you’re seeing information that I’m not, it’s an unwarranted and overly simple assumption that they’re Latino. Not everyone in this country who has a Spanish name or speaks Spanish is or considers themselves to be Latino. The Hispanic descendants of Spanish colonists and conquistadores have been living on land that is currently in the United States for centuries before any English colonists ever dreamed of independence, or spreading Anglo culture across the entire continent. The relationship between Hispanic, Native, and Latino cultures is far older and more complex than this country, let alone the current political moment.
