Breaking | Gaza Health Official: Grave Violations Against the Dead as Thousands Remain Missing

The director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex has revealed harrowing details about the fate of Palestinians killed and detained by Israeli occupation forces in Gaza, as between 10,000 Palestinians remain missing, many believed to be buried beneath the rubble of destroyed neighborhoods.

Speaking to Al-Araby TV, he said that around 5,000 Palestinians are officially listed as missing with their fate unknown, while estimates indicate that up to 10,000 others are still trapped under debris, amid the near-total collapse of rescue and recovery capabilities.

In a further alarming disclosure, the director stated that Israeli occupation forces handed over 66 boxes containing only skulls.

He added that some bodies returned by the occupation showed clear signs of severe mutilation, while others appeared to have undergone unexplained medical interference, indicating systematic organ theft from Palestinians who were detained and later killed in Gaza.

These revelations point to grave violations of human dignity and international humanitarian law, as Gaza’s health system struggles to document the dead amid the ongoing genocide.
