Are there any good #PeerTube instances out there that you would recommend, that allows sign-ups and that also keeps the software up to date?
I really like the videos from TILvids, but it seems like updating their server is a bit difficult. And I would love seeing how the newest version of the software plays out for the end-user!

@bloodaxe regarding updating, it makes a difference if the instance is on managed hosting or if its self installed on a server. Managed hosting tends to be a little more careful with updates because it can effect more then just a single account. Usually, if they are hesitant, there's probably a good reason.
