On Thursday, only 21 Palestinians were able to return to the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing, arriving at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis as part of the fourth group permitted by Israel, far below the unrestricted numbers planned under the U.S.-sponsored ceasefire agreement.
