@maurice Thats a high spot!
Why replace but not make parallel infrastructure? I still like Meshtastic for spontantanious networks, so I think it's still worth maintaining meshtastic.
@dbread doubles the costs. You can still run Meshtastic but it doesn’t scale so we aren’t wasting prime repeater sites on it.
@dbread plus its a lot to ask of the site owners to allow multiple devices on their buildings
@maurice makes sense. We also have important spots for only one type of network.
But I'm so proud of my double node, so let me post it here 😃 it's on an old church tower.
Sadly it's still not self-powered, but I'm working on it.
