Morning run
Terrible that we had to hop south to find good weather. A night in Cumbria got us a good 12k run this morning (with the OAPs paper collected en route as a bonus), All road - still squidgy underfoot on the fell.

foster pupdate! she's doing really well. no accidents in the house and learning how to socialize with the other dogs and relax while i work. we've got a nice little routine going. she does pretty well in the crate, too. she'll make a very nice companion for somebody. :)
#lokiOfPineview has done an excellent job giving her appropriate corrections. it's fascinating watching dogs speak dog, something i'm simply unable to do. he's quick, has great bite inhibition, and backs off immediately once she complies with what he's asking.

Saturday we had a good walk from Poolewe, past Kernsary and on to Ardlair on the north side of Loch Maree. It's a bit of track walk, an easy trudge but made more interesting by the stags nearby. We came back along the north side of Loch Kernsary for completeness.
This afternoon we went to the beach. It was really cold and wild. Unsurprisingly no-one else around.
