You may already know that “data centers in space” is a cynical scam to tie AI funding to taxpayer-funded space operations. This article does a good job of explaining why the *physics* of putting data centers in space is an enormous problem unlikely to be solved any time soon.

Update: The seem to have opted for the chargeback. (i.e. they just repeated themselves).

Amex are usually pretty good on these things - will see.

Also, nothing on the web site suggested Hong Kong. The URL included UK and charged in GBP.

These are the avatars being used, and account names look like this:

The person in the photo may be real, but the accounts are not. They use signature spam methods.

Report, block, and DO NOT give money. Many already have. This is theft from real Palestinians.

Today I received a #scam mail that said it was from #Hetzner. It was quite good crafted, almost fell for it. It had correct domain and email info, the attached statement was sound.

Thanks at @hetzner support to verify with me, that it actually was not a mail from them.
