Half a lifetime ago I bought a house. Turned out my next door neighbor was some kind of Greek Nazi. Every time I saw him, it was youse people this, youse people that. And other nonsense.

I sold the house, and took a $30k+ bath. It was costly, so don't tell me leaving X or Substack is too costly.

Has about 50 million users worldwide.

Substack takes about 10% of the revenue the newsletters make. About 5 million people pay for access to newsletters on its platform.
