In my view it would take an exceptional reason to make sense of someone buying a new computer these days. There are SO MANY perfectly good computers being taken apart because they take up too much space. Check out your local university surplus, for example, or thrift store, or just ask anyone if they have an extra computer lying around collecting dust. New <anything from a factory except food> is counterproductive to higher-order goals if <serviceable used> is available. Think about it. #reuse #upcycle #recycle #freedom #democracy #fascism
