How possible for somebody with asthma get triggered by second hand smoke from people live next to ur apartment?
😭😭😭😭 I cant take this anymore. I cant afford to get any more otc medicines or go to nearest hospital.. 😭

I cant breathe when I lay down flat
@nekoow7 If I remember correctly you're still getting over being sick, yes?
All of the coughing and the muck in your lungs can cause that.
Best suggestion that I've found is to sleep reclined, rather than lying flat (which is uncomfortable as shit, but you should be able to breath). You can prop yourself up with pillows if you don't have a comfy chair.
