What issues did you run into? We can update the install docs, did you use the docker or non-docker install method?

At my first attempt I went with both #docker and non-docker and ultimately gave up. I assume the issues I narrowed down this time were the same back then.

This time it is docker-based again.

@ben @dansup There are bugs, but I am trying to fix them..

The next release will automatically fix a few issues on docker.

I am already a member of the #loops #discord ;)

When I think about it, it all boiled down to my lack of understanding how #s3 works.

Perhaps things are self-explaining when using #amazon s3 but I went with #minio at the first attempt and now with #seaweedfs (thx @thomas for the pointer due to his work on metalhead.club).

I did not know that AWS_DEFAULT_REGION needs a fake value like "us-east-1"
I did not know what the difference between AWS_ENDPOINT and AWS_URL was. This was particular tricky since I had to use #firefox console to realize the rather generic error about media playback issue pointed out two problems: for once the path was incorrect. And for the other there was no public access configured. Therefore receiving 403 from s3.
