In case you missed it the US military confirmed the deaths of three American soldiers. Several other imperial troops suffered injuries.

The US didn't say when or where the casualties happened which would really help understand where the Iraninan's claimed battle damage assessment is over stating things.

Right now Iran is claiming the far more US troops (60-200) are dead or injured. The Iranians claim that they struck a US war ship among other things.

So we'll see what shakes out in a few days

The Iranians today released videos of them successfully shooting down an American MQ-9 Reaper drone.

There's been several videos posted by Iranian civilians of multiple aircraft being shot down around the country.

There continues to be evidence that Iran still has functional anti-air systems and that the US does not have air superiority in the county.

In comments carried by #Iran state media, Ali #Larijani, the security ofcl, said the president, the head of the judiciary & a member of the Council of Guardians, a powerful group of jurists, would temporarily govern until a new leader was chosen.

#Israel also said Saturday that its opening strikes killed other top Iranian defense officials as they gathered in meetings, including Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh & Mohammad Pakpour, the commander of the paramilitary Revolutionary Guard [#IRGC]. There was no comment from #Iran or the #US.

Israel’s military said Sunday its strikes had killed 40 top Iranian #military officials, including the armed forces’ chief of staff, Abdolrahim Mousavi. Neither #Iran nor the #US immediately commented on the claim.
