This is a perfect example of the importance of a decentralized internet (e.g. the fediverse).
Only US companies and servers are obliged to respond to US subpoenas. If you're criticizing ICE on a #fediverse server outside the US, then one of these subpoenas likely wouldn't touch you. (Admins must also be outside US)
