APRS activity right now ahead of the ice storm in northwest North Carolina. "WX" stations are mostly Internet connected -- this is a good proxy for Internet connectivity, you'll see the radio connected stations will stay up, typically, even if internet goes down... as long as they have power. Pretty much all of these stations went offline during Helene.
