It works... I can't believe it works. I need two make a write-up, perhaps the #loops documentation can be updated so others don't have to suffer the pain like I did.

When I think about it, it all boiled down to my lack of understanding how #s3 works.
Perhaps things are self-explaining when using #amazon s3 but I went with #minio at the first attempt and now with #seaweedfs (thx @thomas for the pointer due to his work on metalhead.club).
- I did not know that
AWS_DEFAULT_REGIONneeds a fake value like "us-east-1" - I did not know what the difference between
AWS_ENDPOINTandAWS_URLwas. This was particular tricky since I had to use #firefox console to realize the rather generic error about media playback issue pointed out two problems: for once the path was incorrect. And for the other there was no public access configured. Therefore receiving 403 from s3.
