As per my last post, this is what my home screen looked like and I couldn't do anything except swipe down and open settings to open apps
on a different note, for the past few days my notication screen in #Tusky is acting up. If I scroll down, it's fine. If I scroll up, it gets jittery and confused and jumps all over the place....
@M @tommy That's not how quoting works on Mastodon. To quote posts you need a client that supports them. Since you're using #Tusky you might like to try #Pachli (you're already familiar with the UI), which has had full quote support for a while.

I haven't used a phone client for a Fediverse account in a long time. For Mastodon, I was just using the web app.
Now that I have this #snac account, it's time for some clients. I grabbed #Tusky for Android. I'll have to get #Moshidon, too.
I can't remember which web clients are still being developed. And there's always Tuba for Linux.

I have the impression that Mastodon kind of works in pulses. Things will be quiet for a little while, and then suddenly I'll get a bunch of notifications all at once. I suspect that the server is just kind of storing stuff up and sending it out in a bunch. Does that make sense?
